Contact the Human Resources Department

If the person does not stop harassing you after you have asked them directly to stop, contact the human resources department at the company where you work to let them know the situation and to ask for assistance to make the harassment stop. Be sure to have the person who you speak with in the department document your report of harassment. Have the report documented in writing and get a copy of it that both you and the human resources representative sign and date. This will serve as proof that you make a report of sexual harassment to the appropriate authorities.

Meet with a Sexual Harassment Attorney

If the harassment still does not stop after you have made a claim with the human resources department, you need to meet with a sexual harassment attorney right away. The attorney can create a stop and desist order that lets the harasser know that they need to stop all harassing conversation with you right away. The attorney will be able to advise you if you have a case that you can make against the company for not taking the time to make the workplace a safe environment for you, as well.
