Contact the Human Resources Department

Be sure to have the person who you speak with in the department document your report of harassment. Have the report documented in writing and get a copy of it that both you and the human resources representative sign and date. This will serve as proof that you make a report of sexual harassment to the appropriate authorities.
Meet with a Sexual Harassment Attorney
If the harassment still does not stop after you have made a claim with the human resources department, you need to meet with a sexual harassment attorney right away. The attorney can create a stop and desist order that lets the harasser know that they need to stop all harassing conversation with you right away.
